 PM’s – Preventive Maintenance

  • Semi-annual and annual PM services for all Archer legacy platforms
  • Duration: 1–2 days depending on tool condition
  • Proactive care to minimize downtime and extend tool life time

CM’s – Corrective Maintenance

When a problem strikes, you need fast, effective support. We provide expert troubleshooting to find the root cause and deliver a clear Plan of Action (POA).”

 

Remote Support:

  • We work with the local team to gather data and determine if parts are needed and the require knowledge is there.
  • This option saves time and money when your team can follow our POA with phone support and available spare parts.
  • System Remote Control option is also available when it possible from the FAB.

Onsite Support:

  • We get the require data from your team, analysis it and determine parts needs, then arrange for immediate shipment.
  • The Engineer Expert will be onsite with the shortest possible response time.

System Relocation/Move-In

We handle all activities, from decommissioning at Location A to recommissioning at Location B, including:

  • Safely locking and unlocking the system for transport.
  • Creating a baseline of system performance.
